Today please observe a moment of silence for Fire Medic member Ingrid Sowle. 25 years ago, February 19th, 1990. She was tragically killed in the line of duty while operating at the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Roslyn West Shore Road.

We will never forget!

Today the PWFD continues to honor her sacrifice by making safety the number one priority at every scene. Especially when operating on roadways. Everyone goes home safe.
