On June 28th, 2012 the PWFD conducted training on a residential building scheduled to be torn down in the near future. The building was filled with artifical smoke to simulate fire conditions.

Buildings set to be demolished are a great training asset for Fire Departments. Similar training was conducted last year at the Lands End Estate in Sands Point prior to it being demolished.
